​​OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES;

All Charters require a $200.00 Deposit taken by Credit Card which is Non Refundable, unless the Captain cancels your trip for weather reasons. We accept all major Credit Cards and also Cash payments, No Checks Please.
The Captain reserves the right to cancel any charter for any reason he deems necessary, normally this would occur in the event of inclement weather or a mechanical reason, in the event that the Captain cancels your trip, we will refund your deposit in full.

If you are more than a half hour late to the boat for your scheduled departure, or you fail to show up for your charter, or you refuse to comply with any of the Captain's instructions or the Boats rules, your credit card will be charged for the full price of the charter and you will be returned to the dock or USCG Station if necessary, irregardless of trip time remaining.
 
GENERAL BOAT RULES;

NO GPS are allowed onboard.
NO DRUGS. 
We do allow alcohol in moderation, beer, wine is fine, no hard alcohol please.

We DO NOT allow the use or application of SPRAY SUNSCREEN, Tanning Oils or ANYTHING THAT SPRAYS

 or any form of Styrofoam onboard our vessel!
Please use spray products on the dock prior to boarding, it is damaging to windshield, fishing equipment, it stains the seats and most importantly everyone's lungs onboard.
The Captain has regular Sunscreen available onboard for any guest to use.
We will not switch handles on reels once under way, we can however make ever effort to bring dedicated reverse handled reels if the client requests reversed handled equipment prior to the trip. Just Ask Us! 
Please bring your appropriate attire for the weather expected during your trip; 
Raincoat or Rain Gear, Sweatshirt or warming layer, a Hat, extra towels etc.
Please bring your Beverages, Lunch, Refreshments, Gatorade and any other drinks or snacks you desire.

Coolers with Ice are provided. You may bring a small cooler if you so desire however, 
No Styrofoam coolers please they will get broken during the trip typically and the pieces usually end up in the ocean.

BEER and WINE are FINE but please No Hard Alcohol. We have had too many abusive customers in the past caused by drinking in excess. 

Please do not bring loads of unnecessary items as storage space is always very limited on any fishing boat.

Fishermen and all passengers will comply with all requests and / or instructions from the Captain or Crew regarding Safety, Fishing or General Seamanship.

Cancellation Policies - Boat Rules

The Captains are generally busy fishing from 7am to 430 pm every day. We always return emails and phone calls at the first opportunity. We also text, sometimes texting is a faster method to ask quick questions.

If we are Offshore / Deep Sea Fishing we usually will reply to emails or call between 4 to 8 pm depending on the length of our trip that day.
